With over 20 years of capital markets experience, Bill as Co-Founder and President of Brickburn Asset Management Inc. (‘Brickburn”) & Chairman of the Board of the General Partner, brings a perspective to the Partnership that has been built on a solid foundation and in-depth knowledge of Canada’s energy sector.
Bill co-managed the Network Capital 1997 Limited Partnership that liquidated as scheduled in 2004, and whose energy investments achieved a 30% IRR over their 7 year life.
Prior to 1997, Bill’s career included 13 years with Peters & Co. Limited where he was a significant shareholder, member of the Executive Committee, and Managing Director of Institutional Sales and Trading. While at Peters & Co. Limited, he advised domestic and foreign institutional clients on their Canadian energy investments.
Shane Doyle

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Shane Doyle is the Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner and also a Managing Partner and Director of Jov Diversified Flow-Through Limited Partnership's and CADO Bancorp Ltd.
Prior to joining Jov Diversified Flow-Through & CADO Bancorp Ltd., Mr. Doyle was a Regional Director for SEI Canada, an institutional investment management firm. Prior to joining SEI in 2004, Shane worked as a Director of Operations at RBC Financial Group where he was responsible for business development and relationship management.
Shane holds both a MBA and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Peter M.K. Bolton

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Mr. Bolton is the President and also a director of the General Partner of WCSB. Along with these duties Mr. Bolton also shares the responsibility for sourcing, negotiating evaluating and managing the Subsidiary Companies’ Joint Ventures.
Mr. Bolton was most recently President, CEO and a Director and founder of Rolling Thunder Exploration Ltd. Rolling Thunder closed its IPO for $12MM in June of 2005 and in 2 years, the Company grew to over 1000 Boe/d. Rolling Thunder merged with Action Energy in September of 2007. From November 2002 until September 2004, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Explorer Inc., which merged with Great Plains Exploration. Prior to that, Mr. Bolton was Vice President of Exploration and a founding partner of Integra Resources Ltd. from October 1998 to October 2002. Integra was sold to Burlington Resources. Mr. Bolton was Vice President of Exploration for Canrise Resources Ltd. from June 1996 to July 1998 when the company was sold to Poco Petroleums Ltd. Prior thereto he spent 17 years with Mobil Oil Canada in positions of increasing responsibility.>
Mr. Bolton received his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geological Science from Queens University in 1979.He is currently a member of APEGGA (P. Geol.) and the CSPG.
Hugh Cartwright

Based in Vancouver, BC Mr. Cartwright is a Managing Director of the General Partner. He is also a Managing Partner of CADO Bancorp Ltd., a Managing Partner and President and Director of Jov Flow-Through Holdings Corp. and the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Qwest Bancorp Ltd. Mr. Cartwright has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, syndication and fund administration. Mr. Cartwright is also the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Trilogy Bancorp Ltd., a British Columbia-based asset and administrative management company.
T. Martin Davies

Based in Calgary, Alberta Mr. Davies is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer of the General Partner of WCSB. With over two decades of experience, Martin is recognized for providing insightful financial advice on the energy sector. As the Partnership’s and Brickburn’s Managing Director, Martin acts as the compliance officer as well as the Co-Portfolio Manager for the Partnership.
Prior to joining Brickburn's team in September of 2004, Martin was a senior partner of Peters & Co. Limited for 22 years where he served as an institutional equity salesman and as the Designated Registered Options Principal of the firm. He is also a former chairman and member of the Alberta District Council of the Investment Dealers Association where he served from 1997 to 2004. He is active as a member of the IDA Regulatory Enforcement Committee and serves on various charitable committee boards.
Keith Macdonald

Based in Calgary, Alberta Mr. MacDonald is a Managing Director of WCSB. He is also President, Bamako Investment Management Ltd., a private investment and financial consulting company. Mr. MacDonald is the current chairman and director of Cirrus Energy Ltd., and is also the director of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. (TSX), Holloman Energy Inc. (OTC), Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. (TSX), Cordy Oilfield Services Ltd. (TSX.V), Stratabound Minerals Inc. (TSX.V) and Small Explorers and Producers of Canada (SEPAC).
John W. Dickson

Mr. Dickson brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, accounting and securities reporting and oversees all back-office accounting and reporting duties required for flow-through limited partnerships. Prior to joining CADO Bancorp and Jov Flow-Through, Mr. Dickson was Controller of Cactus Restaurants Ltd, which operated 17 corporate and franchise locations in British Columbia and Alberta. Prior to joining Cactus Restaurants Ltd. Mr. Dickson was the Controller of Qwest Bancorp Ltd., a British Columbia-based merchant banking company, Controller of Trilogy Bancorp Ltd., a British Columbia-based asset and administrative management company, as well as Controller of several flow-through limited partnerships including: Qwest Energy (2001) limited partnership; Qwest Energy II Limited Partnership, Qwest Energy IV Flow-Thorough Limited Partnership, and Qwest Energy 2004 Flow-Thorough Limited Partnership. Mr. Dickson’s responsibilities in these positions included all financial management and operations of the flow-through limited partnerships from inception to the audit and tax reporting, to the roll-over of the partnership’s assets to a mutual fund.
Mr. Dickson is a Certified General Accountant and has earned a Bachelor of Administration degree from Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada.
